Plein Air

Acrylic on canvas.  Really fun to switch back to traditional paints.  Also plein air is another good way of meditation....another good way to get yourself out of frustrations....but wait!...sometimes getting more frustrations when I dont like how it turns out! LOL

The Flying Carpets

A final project from my advance visdev class. A story of a boy and his magic carpet. I'm quite happy with the color script (not the story moments and the character lol) It is my first time to do color script tho. There are still more room to improve. As you might notice, the story moment wasn't really fully developed and painted. The revision will come for sure later this summer! Please leave some comments would be great help!

Plein Air 1

The first plein air of the year! Spring semester is over! I begin the first day of my summer by ignored all party and bbq.... instead, I revisited the Rancho, paint, and enjoy the weather.
Other than that, it is so hard to paint without an easel, especially on windy day. Gotta paint more and more!

I tried the Cintiq for the first time...and it was AWESOME!!! I love it!!! Gotta get one in the future!
